Meet Christina
Psychotherapist in Denver, CO
If you’ve made it here, you’re looking for real support — the kind that actually helps things shift.
I work with individuals who often look like they have it together on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside.
Many of the people I work with have tried to push through, figure it out on their own, or even tried therapy before. They’re not lacking insight — they’re tired of feeling stuck.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and intentional. I don’t believe you’re broken or need to be “fixed.”
I believe there are patterns, experiences, and nervous system responses that made sense at one time — and now may be getting in the way.
Together, we slow things down enough to understand what’s happening underneath the anxiety or overwhelm, and we work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including CBT, EFT, Attachment Therapy, mind–body work, and somatic-informed techniques.
Therapy with me isn’t about endless talking — it’s about helping you feel calmer in your body, clearer in your thinking, and more connected to yourself.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring both clinical training and a deep respect for your lived experience. You are the expert on your life. My role is to guide, challenge, and support you in ways that feel safe and productive.
If you’re ready for therapy that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and effective, I’d love to connect.
Schedule a free consultation, and we’ll see if this feels like the right fit.
HERE’S WHAT I BELIEVE ABOUT THERAPY:
Therapy should go beyond coping. Insight is important, but real change happens when we work with emotions, patterns, and the nervous system—not just thoughts.
You don’t need to be “broken” to benefit from therapy. Many people I work with are capable, self-aware, and doing their best—therapy is about creating space for deeper healing and growth.
Feeling safe and understood is essential for change. Progress happens when therapy feels collaborative, respectful, and attuned, not rushed or one-size-fits-all.
Lasting change comes from addressing what’s underneath. When we explore the root of anxiety, stress, and relationship struggles, relief and clarity become more sustainable..
Get the support that’s right for you.
