Meet Christina
Psychotherapist in Denver, CO
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and purposeful. My work is rooted in the idea that lasting change happens when we address not only thoughts and behaviors, but also the emotional and relational patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and others. I’m drawn to working with people who are curious, reflective, and ready to look beneath the surface of what’s been keeping them stuck.
In sessions, I offer a thoughtful, engaged approach that balances insight with practical change. I draw from a range of therapeutic methods to meet each client where they are, always with an emphasis on safety, collaboration, and forward movement. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful shifts—at a pace that feels right for you.
HERE’S WHAT I BELIEVE ABOUT THERAPY:
Therapy should go beyond coping. Insight is important, but real change happens when we work with emotions, patterns, and the nervous system—not just thoughts.
You don’t need to be “broken” to benefit from therapy. Many people I work with are capable, self-aware, and doing their best—therapy is about creating space for deeper healing and growth.
Feeling safe and understood is essential for change. Progress happens when therapy feels collaborative, respectful, and attuned, not rushed or one-size-fits-all.
Lasting change comes from addressing what’s underneath. When we explore the root of anxiety, stress, and relationship struggles, relief and clarity become more sustainable..
Get the support that’s right for you.
